Problems after the Android 3.2.1 update (Firmware HTK75.WW_epad-8.6.5.13-20110925)

I received my Transformer yesterday with Android 3.1 preinstalled (didn't bother to check the firmware version). After 10 minutes using it i received a notification that an update was ready to install. I decided to delay it and continue to use the tablet. After 3 hours using it i finally applied the update, but it wasn't the Android 3.2.1 update, since it remained on 3.1 (again, i didn't check the firmware version). Since i knew the 3.2.1 update was already available, i manually checked for updates and updated to Android 3.2.1 (Firmware HTK75.WW_epad-8.6.5.13-20110925) .

After the update, the web browser performance decreasead. Before the update, web pages with heavy flash content (like GameSpot) were working just fine. After the page was completely loaded, scrolling it up or down caused only brief loads, and not at all times. After the update, on web pages with heavy flash content, everytime i scroll up or down the page loads, only displaying its content when i stop scrolling. It's not that bad, since the content loads reasonably fast, but it is way worse than before the update.

I also noticed that, while typing on the adress bar of the stock web browser with the Asus Virtual Keyboard, the speed decreased as well. With the stock virtual keyboard the speed remained fast.

    Anyone experiencing the same issues?

Your not alone there have been numerous reports regarding lag and flash. I would go to the Market and download Opera Mobile seems it works well with flash and no typing lag.

I followed your advice and downloaded Opera Mobile. So far so good. Opera Mobile handles pages and flash pretty well on the Transformer, and no typying lag with the virtual Asus keyboard either. Lets hope Asus releases another firmware to solve the issues 3.2.1 brought, preferably before the Ice Cream Sandwich update.
