couple of software related problems with my Transformer

Running HC3.2 (Europe), and loving the product, however I have two very annoying problems.

1/ When using Google Music, the album art is constantly flashing, never ending. I have cleared the application cache and it fixes it for a short while, but then the problem returns. The application is barely usable because of this :-(

2/ When using Movie Studio, I can't seem to import any video, I have tried files in MOV format recorded on a helmetcam I have, and I have even tried video taken from my Android phone (HTC Legend), none of them import.

Anyone know how to fix these problems, or how to report them to Google/Asus for sorting out. Clearly if Google and Asus want to tackle Apple, these sort of problems need to get sorted out quickly.
