Reply With QuoteTry pressing power and volume down for 6-10 seconds. It should take 2.5-3 hours to charge from dead to full charge using the wall adapter. Also it should power on when charging.
One other thing to try is to plug it into a computer USB port for 2 hours or so as his will be a slow charge but may help it get in confused.

Transformer Wont Turn On!!!!
I'm traveling and after my last flight I tried turning my TF on and got nothing. In fact the charger got very hot after only a few minutes of charging. If the battery is dead, how long will it take to charge? This TF is only 2 months old...I'm freaking out!!!!
