Screen Broken, Touch screen broken?
Hey, I got an Asus Transformer T100 for school use, and somehow the screen was broken. I think my bag got thrown or something as a joke but my laptop screen has broken now, a crack near the camera, and now the touch screen does not work. Where it cracked on the screen, the touch screen clicks where the crack is, making it impossible to do things on it.
I can work around no touch screen, kinda, but I can't work around not being able to use the thing, so I have 2 questions:
1. How can I temporarily turn off the touch screen?
2. How much will it cost to get the screen fixed?
Thanks for the help, any is very much appreciated!!!!
edit:
Okay, so where can I go to get it repaired? And how much will it cost to get it repaired there?
I live in Australia, btw.
Also, I need a good case for school, any suggestions?

1) You can use a mouse (it's easy if you have the dock, a bit more complicated if you don't).
2) If you DIY, screen on ebay costs 65€, digitizer 193€ (if it is similar to other tablets, you could use ex. TF300 - 45€).
I hope someone else has more info. Next time, get a military grade case, since you still go to school.

Alright, that's unfortunate, could you give me any suggestions on a good case? I really need a good one, thanks.

Search. When i put my Prime into a backpack, i place it with the screen facing against a harder object. This way, the case protects the screen from scratches and the hard object (maybe a hardcover book) from tearing apart under heavy pressure.

But I still don't know where to go to get it repaired and how much it will cost?
