Can't remove pictures(jpg files) from gallery. (instant upload)

I took some shots with the camera, and I have deleted them from the album, but there is still a copy of of it in a album called instant upload. Up in the top right corner, is the info on file and what apps I can use to send it with. Gmail, email, but noe delete key.
Any one else had this trouble, or found away of removing the jpgs?

Open the pic in Gallery and press it to make it large. The trash can should appear. Or while the pics are thumb nails just press and hold till it turns green and do several to delete more than one at a time.

I have tried that mainy times, I just rebooted, only had one week, but the second time I rebooted tonight, I didn't sign in to Gmail, and the file didn't come back. So it has to do with the Google account.

I have the same problem, but then I find the solution, and I am not sure if it will work for everyone, because my instant upload somehow got connected to Piccasa, therefore I download the Picassa tools and delete the album or photos from there.

I can't remove pictures that are in the Gallery either. I try holding them in the tumb nail, it high lights them and on the top left it has done. No where does the trash can come up. If you open them and make them large it only has the edit and such on the right side, nothing on the left. You can email them and a lot of other things but no delete or trash can. Looks like others have the same problem a while ago. I thought this was going to make my life easier, but instead it just seems to frustrate me.

Any ideas would be great not real computer savy so put into terms a dumby like me can understand. Thanks for all and any help.
