You should have the option to ignore the warning and continue anyway?
Hi guys, how r u doing? I have some problems transferring files from my PC to my TF101. When I plug the USB into my PC it can recognize the device, but when I try to transfer files (movies) to my transformer it always display this error message: The xxxx file is not supported by this device….
I copied a movie file 3GP from the TF101 to my PC and was Ok, but when I did the reverse process I had the same problem. The bottom line is that I can’t transfer movies to my Transformer.
Any help or advice will be really appreciated.
Regards.

Not the answer you are looking for but I always use a micro SD card and a card reader. If you don't have a micro SD card then I haven't helped you. But someone else will. BTW, Welcome to the forum!

Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 2014 Edition - Dell Venue 11 Pro Bay Trail (On Order) - LG Optimus G Pro
Another option - if you have windows file and printer sharing you can use File Manager HD or ES File Explorer to transfer these files over the WiFi network. I personally use the microSD to transfer files as it is pretty quick, but the WiFi is also an option.
