anyone notice if you gently rub your finger along the bezel while its charging that there feels like a buzz? my tantrum 101 has been working just fine for the past two years, just this weird electrical buzz feeling.

Yes, this is a very well known phenomenon (quite an old chestnut now, actually).

If you do not have an earthed a/c connection then you may well find that flipping the two pronged connector will help. It isn't unsafe, just a little off putting
