downloading from secure email site

We have secure email at work and want to use the ASUS to access the board reports through that. We can't get the tablet to download the files. We can access the email just fine, but the attachments start and stop immediately. Has anyone else had this issue?

Are you doing this through WEB mail or a mail client, which one?

WE are using a web based secure email.
The downloads are PDF's and won't download.

The solution to this problem should be pretty straightforward then - try a different browser
In my signature is a link to a thread all about the various browsers that different ones like. For example, my personal favourite is Dolphin, but to download attachments from web based email (webmail) I have always had to use Opera Mobile - so, take a read through the thread, install some other browsers & see which ones work for you and which you prefer.

If the link to the actual file ends in PHP that has been a problem but as I remember and as Janner points out, another browser is advisable. Make certain the browser is set to desktop mode.
