Old person forgot some basics. Need help, please.

Hi - My husband always needs help with his TF101 and it's been so long since I touched it that I've forgotten anything I ever knew about it. Our two immediate problems are:

1) We moved last September and need to update his phone number that shows on the home screen when you first boot up. I cannot find where to change it.

2) There have probably been some operating system updates in the last three months but I cannot find where to check for updates.

Suggestions would be appreciated.
