    TF Stuck in a loop

Over night my TF had been sleeping rather than powered off and when I opened it this morning it started the Asus page with the spinning icon then showed the start page with the sliding button but only briefly. It then went back to the Asus page for about 30 secondsand cycled continuously. I have tried the process of Power button and Low volume and this does go back to the first Asus page but then goes back into the loop cycle.
Does anyone have any ideas how to get it out of this cycle.

    Thanks
    Ted

Could you verify which Transformer model you own. Thanks. Sometimes people post in the wrong section of the forum. When you can, it's suggested you add the model type to your Forum Profile.

I woud try the Cold Boot again, check that you are doing it right by reading the procedure as listed in the Master Help Guide, linked below. Try and get the device powered off first. IF you are stuck in the loop sitiuation a Factory Reset may be the next step. That is also described in the Master Help Guide.

    Swipe,
The model is TF 101 S/N B70KASxxxxx with keypad. I will read up the cold boot and try again, I have not been able to power off. Will keep you posted
