Tap on the notifications bar and then the little file folder icon where it say's external storage inserted.
You should see what's on the micro sd then you can open folders and select what you want to copy or cut from them using the file manager.

Thank you! I did exactly as you said and it worked!

Haven't tried the update yet .. won't work wirelessly so it'll have to be from the micro SD card.

Tried updating to V8.6.5.13(US) by microSD card .. I copied and pasted the files into ASUS sd/card .. first the zipped file which I read should work (didn't) and then I unzipped it totally and c/p'ed it into internal memory ... neither worked. By the way, the US version is very difficult to find .. then I read the JP and US version (as well as two other languages) is the same.

    Confused!

First of all, I am taking time off work to write this easy to understand instruction. I charge $900/hr, and it took me 8 hours to write this out. I accept paypal, western union, and MO.

Before you read on, just forget everything you heard or did earlier. I am writing this instruction assuming you start from the beginning.

    (1) Using your PC, go to ASUS - Tablet- ASUS Eee Pad Transformer TF101

    (2) Choose android as your operating system.

    (3) Choose firmware.

    (4) Go to where it says "Version V9.2.1.27(US)". Below it, find the download and download the whole thing. It should take a while, since it's a large file. Scratch your butt or something while you wait.

    (5) Once the download is done, unzip it once. Inside you will find another zip file. Leave this zip file alone.

    (6) Transfer the second zip file into the root of your tablet. What is the root of your tablet? When you plug it into your pc, it's the first directory that you see in the internal memory of your tablet.

    (7) Once the transfer is complete, restart your tablet.

    (8) Once your tablet is properly started, you will see an exclamation mark in the lower right hand corner. Press it and it says update found. Go ahead and follow the instructions to update.

    (9) The update process should take a while. Leave it alone, don't do anything. Scratch your butt while you wait.

    (10) After scratching your butt many times, you should now be on the latest stock ICS rom.

    (11) Boy, what a tiring 8 hours I put into this guide. Like I said, I accept paypal, western union, and MO.

    Edited.

So, last night on my way home from work I stopped by a gas station to check my lottery. I scanned it and it said "you are a winner". In a moment's time, all the gold, hot men, big houses, and $300k cars flashed before my eyes. Excited, I handed the winning ticket to the cashier. You know how much I won? Exactly $1. So... I am apparently $1 richer than before.
