    Losing Internet Connection

    My tf101 cannot hold an internet connection. I am using Dolphin browser and I have also tried the standard browser. I can bring up my homepage which is Google news then it drops out and sends me back to my tablet main page. This happens only when I attempt to access the net with browsers. Tested with Netflix and connection is OK. I cold booted 3 times and it didn't help the problem. Any help or suggestions would really be appreciated.

    It was difficult from your description to determine if the connection to the Internet was.is the real problem, but that's what it sounds like. Try some of the WiFi tips in the link below to see if they help.

    Thanks for the quick reply. The problem is with the internet connection. The wifi is working fine.

    You can't have it both ways. If what you say is true then you need to consider replacing the router/WiFi. You may want to test it at a public WiFi hotspot to see if you're still having the same issues. Did you look over those tips?

    Lee was offering help that you obviously are in need of. You may want to take his suggestion to check or replace your router .
    In addition, I highly suggest you treat Moderators as well as members with the same respect that you would expect.

    Dolphin & the stock browser use the same coding foundation mederic24.

    I suggest trying Chrome, Firefox or Opera Mobile browsers as they are coded differently.

    If you still get the same issues, then I recommend the following...

    Uninstall all browsers (except the stock browser)
    In settings, apps, browser - clear cache, clear data, force close
    Remove (forget) the connection to your router (under wifi)
    Turn off your tf
    Reboot your router
    Cold boot (link in signature) your tf
    Reconnect via wifi to your router
    Try the browser again.

    If that doesn't work, then the only other thing I can suggest is [HOW TO] Perform a Factory Reset

    Sounds to me like this is a browser issue and NOT an internet connection issue since you can use the Netflix App, but I could be wrong.

    Are your browsers crashing upon accessing internet? Does it happen on any web page, or just certain ones.
