Blank Screen/ Screen only view-able through HDMI
I've had a problem with my transformer. I had it plugged into the HDMI cable to the TV for viewing netflix and other stuff. A week ago I unplugged it to try and take it to class and the screen would not respond.
The screen has stayed blank/blacked out since then, but I know it is still functioning fine because I can plug it back into the HDMI cable and see the tablet screen on the TV screen.
Does anyone know how to get the screen on my tablet working again? Ive tried this video (
) and lurked a view threads on this site but haven't found any answers that I can both understand and which work...
Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

Welcome to the forum.
A Cold Boot will reset the system caches and reload the Android Operating System. You won't lose any info or documents by doing that. It might help. Procedure is outlined in the Master Help Guide below.

I've tried the Cold Boot, but I've only been successful in booting into "Safe Mode" and haven't seen the screen most people talk about doing a Cold Boot. Am I doing it wrong?
