Unhappy Keyboard - Some keys not working

    Transformer TF101 with Keyboard.

On the Keyboard a small number of keys 9 / N / J / O have stopped working and I have to revert for input to the Screen Keyboard. There has been little use made so far of the keyboard but they were working some weeks back. There have been no spillages on the keyboard etc. All other keys and functions work correctly. These keys are not close together - in fact they are on separate rows.

Has anyone else encountered this problem ?

Is this a Warranty Claim for the Replacement of the Keyboard ?

I have not seen that before. I would suggest sending it in for warranty issue.

You may also want to go to a nearby retailer with the TF101 on display and test your dock just to be sure that there is not something going on with your tablet causing the issue before you send it in.

Agree with Frederuco, try that out at least before sending for warranty claim.
