[SOLVED] Google Play won't Download
Just got my TF101 back from ASUS this afternoon after warranty repair. Started it up, entered my Gmail info, and went to Play to download apps. I can go all through the process, hit "Accept and Download" - - and then it just sits there - "Downloading". I can browse the web, my Gmail is synched, everything works except Google Play.
I called ASUS Service and their only suggestion was to do a Factory Data Reset. I did that, and the problem is unchanged. I've tried several apps and the result is the same. My Gmail account must be OK because Mail is OK. I'm running out of ideas to try, so any suggestions would be appreciated.

Try going to settings>apps and find play store (can't remember exactly what it is called in there) clear data and force stop. Then start Play Store and see if anything changes.

Thanks, but I think this was a problem of my own making (somewhat red faced) As I mentioned, I'd just received the TF back from the factory and evidently it was set to restore all my previous apps. So while it wasn't responding to my request to download apps from Play, that was evidently because it was busy downloading a number of apps, unknown to me. Downloading now works as expected...and I have to say it's hard to complain about a device that is three jumps ahead!
