    None of the keys on my dock work.

    I have posted this in another thread and I figured I would just start a new thread of my own.

    I received my Transformer tablet and dock on Wednesday (6/29). After letting everything charge for a bit I discovered that none of the keys on the dock are working. However, everything else (trackpacd, USB Ports & SD Slot) works fine. I have verified that my dock has the current firmware update. I have even hardreset my TF as recommended on another thread. I also removed my TF from the dock several times making sure the "lock" is locking it down. After everything I have tried, still none of the keys respond.

    The problem is I'm not sure if my problem is with the Tablet or the Dock. I thought it might have been with my tablet when I couldn't get it to connect to my PC, I have since discovered my usb port on my PC isn't working. Unfortunately, there isn't a tablet or dock at any retailer in my area to try and figure out which device isn't working properly. Fortunately, my online retailer has a pretty good return and exchange policy and they still have both in stock, I just have to pay for shipping.

    I really suspect that the problem is with the dock since everything else seems to work but I'm just really guessing. So here is my question. Would you exchange the dock, the tablet or both?

    Have you checked the "language & input" in settings to see which input method is selected?

    Yep. I have even tried to set them from Asus' to US (I think that was the settings, my TF is home).

    I thought I would give an update to my keyboard problem.

    Yesterday I received my replacement dock from B&H (great company to deal with). The new dock has the same problem as the previous, none of the keys work. Today, I plain to call B&H and arrange an exchange for my tablet. It is going to be along week without my tablet, I really have grown dependent on it for the short time I have had it.

    Are you sure it's seated in the dock completely?

    The lock switch must be all the way to the right.

    Yep. The tablet is seated all the way and the lock switch is all the to the right.

    Finally! I have a working dock!

    After exchanging my dock and then my TF, all the keys work. The good news is the replacement TF I was sent is from batch "6." The previous TF was a batch "5" and had a small amount of light leak around the bottom left corner. I see no light leak on the replacement bath "6" I was sent.
