Modded recovery to get root, how to put back asus's recovery for next ota ?

    Hello

I used wolf's guide to get root on my device, but i don't know how to put back the original recovery to make the device able to do the ota updates again, and to be able to use ota root keeper to keep that damn root

Any one could help me ?

    Regards, Mag'

You will need to use OTA Rootkeeper NOW to back up root.

Next, flash a stock firmware from the ASUS site (I assume it uses CWM Recovery). This should put you back to 100% stock with stock recovery. Then use OTA Rootkeeper to restore root.

Great news, thanks for your support and time !

Means i'll have my root and stock recovery, (i'm new to this android modding stuff and don't feel safe yet with too much low level modding, not as much as i do on Symbian or Wndows, but it will come i hope, it's just a modded Linux after all)

    Kind regards, Magissia
