I suggest unplugging the power cord and shutting the unit off and trying a Hard Reset. Press and Hold the power button and the Down volume button together and hold them for 6-10 seconds and let them both go. You should see a little shape in the middle of the screen so just press and release the Down volume button again and let it reboot. See if this clears up your problem. Be sure and do this with the dock connected.

Instead of pressing the down column button the 2nd time if you press the up volume button it should do a Factory Reset. So follow the instrtions I gave above but press the up volume button the 2nd time.

i tried the first solution you gave : it's not working it stays on skipping wiping data...
itried the second solution the volume up and it stays on "please wait a few minutes"....

i'm very sad i don't know what's happening with my transformer, i was rooted is it possible to find any solution with that (i think the mistake i made is that format /systeme, and i'm not proud of me.....)

Can you get it to shut off? For these resets you have to be powered off. Worse case scenario is you try it after the battery dies.

Did you try the power button and the volume down button while the unit was off? If you did then all I can suggest at this point is too let the battery die and then recharge it for a couple of minutes and try it again. Some people reported success with other issues being resolved by discharging the better.
