Authentication Problem error msg. when trying to hook up wireless connection. HELP, NEED IT NOW!
Have ATT Uverse - Network Name (SSID) - 2wire731 (I think)? have what I thought was the SSID # 0176542...(on back of router)(and assigned a network
name and new password, when I hooked up my wireless printer. Tablet found network, but as I said up above error msg. is all I get.
Please help me......

Welcome to the forum!

You will need the SSID (network name). This is typically broadcast so you can scan for it and select it. In some rare cases, the SSID is not broadcast.
If you are in an area with a lot of networks, you can unplug your wireless and see which one goes away if you are unsure.

You will also need the network passphrase if it is encrypted.

Sometimes the TF's get confused in the handshake and a router reboot helps fix the issues.

I just had the same problem and realized I was using an old password. Corrected that and all is well again.
