Dock stations stops working in 10-20 secs

Just biught this cool gadget. Everything works flawlessly except the docking part. After figuring out how to dock it correctly I am still having issues with that damn keyboard. After 10-20 seconds my mouse freezes and keys ar not responding. The only way to make it work again is to redock it.

Sounds defective. You could try a hard reset. Also what firmware is your dock on? The latest is EP101-0209.

Was the Keyboard Dock charged to begin with? I know that's a basic and a given. But some are so excited to get going they don't have it charged and don't have it properly seated with the locking latch ALL the way to the right. I can name one person right away: ME!

Is the dock fully connected? I ask because that happened to me, and the issue was that I had not pressed the tablet all the way into the dock connector... it seemed to be connected but the latch button was not all the way over... once I realized I had to press it in harder, the latch button moved all the way over and the problem ceased... (also, ensure the battery is fully charged, as the previous poster mentioned...)
