Can't upgrade from android 3.0.1

Dear transformerforums community! I am an avid reader of these forums, but have never had a reason to post until now. My tablet seems to be stuck running android 3.0.1

Here is the info under "About tablet":
Model: TF101
Android: 3.0.1
Kernel: 2.6.36.3-00004-g069b8b5 android@Mercury #1
Build number: HRI66.WW_epad-8.2.3.13-20110511

So this is the story:
I have a B70 tablet so I rooted using Razorclaw and installed CWM. Then, to get the ICS update I needed to unroot, so I followed this guide:
How To Unroot and Remove CWM Recovery on Asus Transformer - TheUnlockrTheUnlockr

Problem is I didn't get any OTA updates so I tried installing manually. First I tried android 3.2 and it failed, then I tried 4.0.3 and it also failed. I found the files on ASUS own website so they should be good. I can't root again since NV flash doesn't work and Razorclaw doesn't work. I have tried to find a file to upgrade to android 3.1 in hopes it would help, but I can't find anything.

Anyone else have the same problem and solved it? Or does anyone know of a solution?

Hey, i'm having this exact same problem but with a different story, I had Ics but I took the tablet to warranty because of a camera problem, they fixed it but gave it to me with this 3.0.1 and doesn't update. I'm kind of mad because the tablet was there for about 2.5 month
