Exclamation TF101 ClockWorkRecovery Boot Loop!! PLEASE HELP!!

    Hi.
I own a TF101, and I updated to Android 4.0 ICS yesterday. I also decided to root my TF, so that i could overclock it and all that cool stuff.
Once I rooted it, I had no problem at all. Then I tried the overclocking, and on transformerhacks.com (or something like that), they said that the normal kernel doesn't support Overclock, so i needed to download a kernel which did support it.
Before, I installed ClockWorkRecovery, so that I could backup if something went wrong.
Then I installed the new kernel going on "Install zip from sdcard">"choose zip from sdcard" and i chose the kernel they made me download.
Now, once it finished updating, i rebooted my transformer and the tablet was stuck at the screen "EEE Pad by asus powered by nvidia tegra BLAH BLAH BLAH" and it didnt boot. So my first thought was to restore the backup i did.
Once finished i rebooted, and after 5 seconds of the first screen, it made a clicking sound and the ClockWorkRecovery interface appeared.
I cannot make it boot again!!!
I tried Cold Boot, Hard Reset, and all of that crap and nothing worked!! Please help me!!

One important step is, after doing adb shell, type "exit." Super important

As far as rooting, i personally am not, seeing that that is part of what screwed my tf up.
As well as that version of cwm 5.5.0.4
But thats me, when i had my itouch, it was jb before the day was out
Same with my galaxy tab i had

Another thing to note - If you are using ICS, there are no custom kernels since ASUS has not released the source code. HC kernels will not boot.

It is important to know that a nandroid backup in CWM does not back up the kernel. If you tried flashing another kernel, you will need to flash a ROM with a working kernel, then restore the nandroid and it should boot.

But, you may need to review the thread that Kevchaps referenced as it may be much more complex.

It does require a lil computer knowledge for adb, but thats not too hard if you were born before 1980, and understand command lines a lil bit

I don't really understand this stuff...
step 1: use adb to push a good recovery [I used Rogue XM v1.3.0 (CWM-based v5.0.2.7)]***
    step 2: flash the zip
step 3: use the adb shell to execute the following command
    echo boot | dd of=/dev/block/mmcblk0p3 bs=1 seek=0

What is an ADB, what does "Flash the zip" mean??
Sorry for my ignorance on this topic.

Oh wait. I downloaded the new kernel. But now its on my MiniSD card. I inserted it into the transformer (with dock), but i cannot change the drive that ClockWorkRecovery is looking into. its just looking in the SDcard (the hard drive of the transformer), how do i change the drive??

This sounds like it might be out of your scope. Any of your friends happen to be nerds? No disrespect, its just very hard for me to even explain it to someone with some pc knowledge. I screwed mine up yesterday, and just kept on screwing it up all day until 5am, when i got a lucky break..

You cant change the drive, cwm 5.5.0.4 only sees internal sdcard
