    Sorry but no.
I doubt if there ever will be either if I am honest. The trend is to do everything wirelessly & that seems to be where all the android print apps are aimed at. The USB device support on android only seems to extend to data storage/retrieval really.

Janner is correct! Most people are using either cloud print or printershare. I paid the $12 for printershare as I tried it and it does great for me!

Very old thread.. Yes, printing to a directly connected USB printer wasn't (and isn't still, as far as I can tell), an option for Android tablets. The way I solved that was to connect my USB laser printer to a tiny Raspberry Pi 3, and run Cups (std Linux/*nix printing system) on the Pi3, which is connected to my home wifi. The Pi3 is running headless of course, I only needed a kbd and monitor/TV when I booted Raspbian from uSD the first time. On the tablet I run Let's Print Droid (from Play), it automatically finds the printer via Cups, and I can print. I run this setup in both of my locations and it works fine. On resasonably new Android versions an/or apps I can print directly from the apps also - they get linked to Let's print via the OS.

TL;DR; to use my USB printers with Android I make them into wireless printers by connecting them to a Pi3, and use Let's Print Droid on Android to print.
