    Welcome to the forum.

You would use the File Manager on the tf in the apps section. The stick should be listed under /removable

    Welcome to the forum!

The internal memory is located here:
    The external is located here:

The quick method to get to your USB drive, once inserted there should be a notification (popup when you tap the clock) for the USB drive. On the right is a red X to remove it, just to the left of that is a folder icon. Tap this to be taken to the USB folder in the /Removable/ directory. Tick the boxes next to the files/folders and select "Move" or "Copy" from the top bar.

Tap the back arrow to the left of the "/Removable/USBdiskX/" (where X is a number) until you get to the top directory and see the "/sdcard/". Tap the /sdcard/ and then find the folder you want to paste the files. (Create a new folder with the "New Folder" button if necesary) and then tap the "Paste" button at the top to paste the files.
