    Navigator Won't Cooperate

My Navigator stock app has not been working right since it was returned from ASUS for repairs (TF1). Force Close warning box appears each and every time. Any tips on a quick fix? Thanks.

I heard the latest maps update breaks the Navigation app. Try uninstalling the Maps update from the market.

Thanks Fred. Are you saying that I should uninstall the Maps? I'm not sure how one would uninstall the update part by it's own?

You can go to the Market and find Maps. Uninstall and it will roll back to the previous version. This should work. Give it a try and see what happens. Worst case you just reinstall again.

Go to settings - applications - manage applications - all
Find the maps app and next to the button for force close is an option to uninstall updates.

    That should do it

Thanks fellas, the removal of the update worked.

Is this to say that no future map updates can be applied? This just isn't right! Why wouldn't ASUS correct this somewhat major flaw?
