    Hi Leeshor:

Thanks for the great info. In regards to getting my iTunes music on my Transformer. What if I live in Canada and can't get a download of google music? Is there an alternative?

    Thanks in advance!

Try Doubletwist or AirSync by Doubletwist from the market. They will enable you to have your itunes stuff on your transformer

If you own a keyboard dock be sure you do this with the dock connected.

Why do we need to connect the dock while doing cold reset? I just used the dock for charging purpose, do I still need to connect the dock while doing cold reset? thanks

Maybe adds some sort of compatibility with the dock because the only times I had a reboot was with the dock connected. There were other times which where not related to the dock

    Welcome to the forum

Assuming you aren't using a separate mouse I would imagine you have an app that is interfering with the cursor. Possibly wallpaper or a widget from an app.

Does it happen ALL the time or just when you are doing something in particular.

I've tried option 1, but I get the android icon with an exclamation point. Is there something I'm missing. Correct me if I'm wrong, but do I need to download the firmware and save it to my tablet (the firmware from the Asus site). Any help would be appreciated.

I'm not 100% clear on what your original problem was or what started your current problem. Were you trying to do a firmware update, is that your intent at this point? Do you know what your current build number is?

I was trying to completely clear/reset my tablet. I went through the process from the settings menu, but I thought there was a way to reload the OS from scratch. I don't know my build number this second (at work), but I can get when I return home.

My original problem was doing a reset from startup (press the down button). I keep getting the Android icon with an exclamation point.
