    Touchpad not working

Hello! The problem i have is that my touchpad has not been working for almost 24 hours. I bought my transformer 3 days ago and had this bug 2 times before but in those cases it started working by itself after about an hour. But this time it didn't sadly I have drained the battery to zero where it shows erm... a battery on the screen and goes off. Then i tried to charge it but it still didn't work. I did it 4 times and still no luck. I've read here that it might be because of cold (all the times it stopped working i had a window opened and it's about 0 C here) so i tried to warm it up a bit... but...but
Now i am waiting for it to shutdown again, let it lay a bit then again try to charge it.
Asus Eee pad transformer 16 Gb (B80 meaning it was made in august).
I've read a lot about this bug here but it seems like most people just pressed the key on the keyboard (which i don't have) or the battery re-charge helped them. Nobody seems to have my problem :/ I am desperade as i am going abroad in a week which is the reason i bought the tablet in the first place, so i don't have time to let the shop do their expertise (they need at least 10 days to check it)
May it be that it won't work anymore and i have to give it back?
    Need your help guys

Hello and welcome to TFF Forum. What you did ws turn the TP off. Go to the top row 4th key from the left and tap it... You should be good to go

Sorry, thought you were refering to the KB.
    Try a hard reset

Turn off the TF. Now hold both the Power and Vol down keys till you see 2 icons on the screen. Now press and release the Vol down button. The TF will now restart. when it does check to see if it is now working properly

Before giving up I suggest you try the advanced search option on this forum - I typed in "transformer won't charge" (without the quotes) and left the exact match ticked and it came up with with a number of posts. Look through those and see if anything matches your particular problem.

Is your touchscreen not working, or is it that it will not turn on?

Check my signature for a guide for power button issues and also booting issues.

I was browsing the help forum and found this thread which is really helpfull and has a lot of different solutions
I was writting down some of them while my tablet was fully drained. Then i let it charge in order to try those solutions. Tried to touch it a few seconds after it turned on and it was not working... But! i tried it again in a minute or so and now it works fine! :P I guess the drain-charge solution did work after all, just needed to give it a few more tries.
Now charging it with the screen turned on and will charge it for 8 hours (the battery needs to be charged for 8 hours and then fully drained 3 times in a row to work well right?)

But now the question is should i turn it off for nights or just hope it won't bug again?
