Had the same with mine yesterday. It was having troubles responding, seemed busy with 'something' and all of a sudden me too I saw my Transformer restarting with Asus logo at boot....

I think Android 3.1 still contains many (browsing) bugs; Opera Mini 6 solves most of them for me although Opera not tends to 'save' my logins for the day; have to login sites even after checking sites after a while on the very same day....
    That's a nuisance...

Opera Mini 6 handles Java sites way better then the stock Android browser!
So I'm eagerly waiting for an update.....

For the rest all works very well (untill now)!

I also think that sometimes some of the apps cause the reboot. I think one of the ebook readers might have an issue. i kill the service for it but it likes to restart itself (why it needs to run as a service I dont know). It seems to be the only app that crashes for me and i have seen it reboot the Eee when I was using it.

Ya this apparently happens to everybody, I've only seen it when it's sleeping, never while I'm using it and generally only when docked and in the open position, if I leave it docked and closed it doesn't happen. Nobody has quite figured out what was causing it, we thought maybe had something to do with having an SD card in the slot and it wigging something out when trying to wait up the slot but that was ruled out now. Hopefully this can be fixed and is fixed by software soon.
