Browser Bug

So i've encountered a bug with the default browser... the browser will randomly decide that it want to open every link in new tabs instead of the current tab, and the only way to fix it is to open the settings menu of the browser and leavei it open for a few seconds. anyone else with this bug and/or have a fix

I've been having this problem. I just go to settings and switch back and forth between the browser opening in the background or not. Only other way is to restart so far.

Also, it seems like a good way to minimize it is to stay out of quick control mode (at least for me).
