    The way I see it is that in some cases they could probably stop it if they really wanted too anyway. My Android phone and Tablet share a lot of the same apps, some paid. They could detect it was installed on one and disallow the other unrelated device.

    So as Jeffrey pointed out, go for it.

    That's kinda like asking how much something costs. If you have to ask, you can't afford it. If you have to ask if its cheating, then you must have a pretty good idea it is.

    Like most people I don't read the TOU statements and I don't know if they are the same for apps as they are for regular software, or if there is even a difference. If it says that the app is good on 2 devices then you're probably OK, if not then you aren't. The there is the question of who has to own the devices. If it wasn't your girlfriend and just a good friend, would it be OK to share? If I could type faster, it would be a fun ethical question to debate. But, I can't type so I have to keep it short. My guess is 2 devices in the same household is OK, but if the devices don't live with each other it isn't legal. But, as somebody already said, there probably is nobody checking, even if they could.

    Nah!

    I have a rooted NookCOlor and the TF - that is not much different than If I had a TF and she had one also imho.

    My Wife is anti-tech type - so she does not have anything android
    TF101 & Dock w/KKLP (KatKiss Lollipop) ROM 5.1.1 v25
