    Exclamation Unusual Keyboard Issue

I'm having a pretty major problem with my tablet keyboard. I purchased it in September and I havent had any issues with it, not even the battery drain, until about two weeks ago. Certain keys on the left side of my tablet would stop working for a time, then start working again. The a , q , z , 1 , and 2 wouldn't work unless I pressed really hard on them a few times, then they would work normal again for a while. But the problem became more regular until yesterday, now I can't get the "a" key to work at all, no matter how hard hard or how many times I press.

There was no damage, I never dropped it, stepped on it, got it wet, anything. Should I send it back to Asus or is there a way to fix this?

Hello Supero and Welcome to the forum

From what you are describing it sounds like a purely mechanical issue with the dock. I'm not certain there would be much you could do to solve the problem. If possible, check with the company you purchased it from to see if they can exchange it.

Hello and welcome to the forum.

Are you sure you are docking the tablet properly?

Look at the attached photo - are you sure you are doing as the photo says?

Yes, I've always used the keyboard properly, just like the picture, so it's not that. When it starts acting up, I've tried removein the tablet and reconnecting but no avail. I'm gonna call Asus tomorrow, and get the repair process going.
