My ISP is at 20 and 20 is what I get on the TF, One of my customers is at 44 and that's what I get on the TF there too. So I would have to say that there is some type of problem with the WiFi portion of the router. The only way to rule that out is to check with someone else that has a fast connection to see if you get the same results.

Your tf wiill give you a maximum of 72Mbps, this is the lower of the standard of wireless n, i have bt infinity 40Mb and get approx 36Mb wireless or cable.

On3e thing to check is the setting on your router, the tf doesnt like n bonded, so make sure its set to single frequency and not the 300Mb setting, otherwise it plays up.

I have 40 mb connection and if I connect my laptop directly to the modem, I get very close to 32 - 36. The minute you add a router it goes down to about 20. Connect more devices, it goes down. We aren't talking about Enterprise level routers, we are talking about consumer grade routers and this has been my experience with home networks. So, if you want the fastest speeds, directly connect to your modem, and your set. Just my humble opinion.
