Asus original forecast was 100,000 per month. Then they upped that to 1.2 mil by end of year.

that's a good number. i wonder why some 3rd party companies don't want to produce accessories for the tf.

It's the best selling tablet that doesn't have an apple logo on it I've heard figures of 300-400K units per month and they are expecting to ramp that up for the holiday season. The irony is that this is with almost no marketing whatsoever other than positive word of mouth and online reviews.

It also currently occupies the #3 spot on Amazon, ahead of the Ipad at #4. In actuality it is the best selling tablet on Amazon right now. The top spot is the Kindle Fire, which is all preorders as it won't actually reach consumer hands until mid November, and the HP Touchpad, which is still sitting at #2 from the fire sale.
