How to auto sync a particular folder from my PC to my TF?

Hi to all gurus!

I've done a search but could not find a solution. I know we can auto sync using dropbox, asus webstore etc, but i prefer to do it the conventional way without relying on internet connection. I have limited internet access at times.

I need the TF to auto sync (both ways) a particular folder inside my PC whenever i plug in the usb cable. Is it possible?

Check out this app called Cheetah Sync. It is free, not sure if it will do everything you want, but this may work.

I'm pretty certain it will get the job done for the OP. This doesn't even need shares or other networking knowledge.

one good application to have your folder and file to be sync with different computers, mobilephone or tablets by insatlling DROPBOX appilcation which I know andriod is capable of. Just install it both in your devices then create the folders in it with the files you need.

I haven't found a good way of doing this yet myself.... seems a bit of an oversite, my win-phones have been syncing 'my docs' for 8ish years!

Someone did suggest setting up an ftp server on my pc, and using wifi to link in with ES explorer, sounds good in theory, but haven't tried it yet.

Tried cheetah sync but it doesnt work. Dropbox/webstore is all good but without an internet connection i am not able to read any files in that folder.

I need the folder on my TF to be update whenever i change any files on my PC so that i can view them while on the move. Is there any ways to leave the actual folder in my TF instead of storing it on the web?

I have set up several jobs with Cheetah Sync and they all work perfectly. Some of the jobs are just syncing stuff on the TF with my PC but a 2 way is working for docs just fine. I use DropBox too but it doesn't really sync. There is a big difference between automatically syncing a specific folder with what you put into that folder and being able to do a 2 way with any folders.
