Really no need for the keyboard dock however...
I would love to have a plain charging dock as my iPad has do you think a aftermarket on will be made?

Look in the Accessories thread down there (points down there). There's a desktop dock with USB but no keyboard.

Yeah sounds like the dock would be perfect for you. If I hadn't gotten the keyboard I would definitely have been looking into getting one of them.
