Unhappy Crashing and crashing...how to understand why it is crashing?

Hi!. I have my transformer crashing several times, one after the other, and generating a file called memorydump or something like that. How can I understand the reason it is crashing?
    Thanks!!!!

I believe, collectively, we'll need more information to help you.

What versions of hardware/software are you running? Is it crashing on certain applications, or just randomly?

    Thanks!
I have a TF101 running the latest version (3.2) with the latest firmware release a couple of days ago.
If I collect the memory dump files, what shoudl I do with them? how to understand the content of the files to find why it crashes? yesterday it crashes 6 or 7 times with a difference of 5 minutes each time....I deleted yesterday over 45 memory dump files.
    Thanks again!!!

    I agree with you Jeff.

    ghitis

Is your TF crashing when you are trying to run the same application, or is it random. What applications are running in the background? Do you get a force close message, or does your TF just shutdown (not sure what you mean be "Crash".

Sounds like it must be rebooting by itself but my question is, are you doing the same thing when it's crashing, like browsing or playing a game. Next time it boots, try to see all the software running and make a list.

Hi. Usually I realize that this happened after several times the TF101 reboot it self. I understand that it may happen if I'm running one application, but if I leave it alone and after some time I found it rebooted it self 5 or 6 times, this is weird. I will be aware and next time that happens, I will try to post the memorydump file.

    Thanks!!!

BTW...by "reboot it self, I mean that I found several memorydump files with a time stamp showing 5 minutes difference between each other.

I would start by turning off the WiFi and Bluetooth if applicable and see if that helps. Some users have had issues with WiFi causing the reboots.

I also got this problem. But the time interval is about 7 min for mine.
I have sent email to asus support last week. They repiled that if i m running the most updated fireware and still get this problem then bring it to them.
