    The link looks right have you done a hard reset since your update?
    Hard Reset:
    Unplug the power cord and shut the unit off and Press and Hold the power button and the "Down" volume button together until after the normal start up screen appears and is joined by some small print at the top of the screen then let them both go. After a few seconds you should see a couple of shapes in the middle of the screen called "Wipe Data" and "Android". Wait a few more seconds until the term "Cold Boot" appears in the list near the top of the screens and just press and release the "Down" volume button again and let it reboot. If you own the dock be sure and do this with the dock connected.

    Now if only Netflix would release an update to enable viewing subtitles for the Android app. The iOS version has subtitles.

    Or am I not seeing that option because I don't see any options.....

    Give them an nice and they'll take a mile!
    I checked and don't see an option for that but it is a great idea, especially with the low volume issue!

    Has anybody been able to download and install the Netflix app cleanly via the Android Market or the android market site? I see the second link posted in this thread but I'd rather not register my e-mail at yet another silly download site. Or does anybody have any other, more anonymous, mirrors for the Netflix apk?

    Its looking for a Canada server...which either is not active or else the IP address has changed and the Canadian app version needs to be updated.
