"Just My Luck", or "Can You Top This Accident"?

So I pick up my TF in my home office and as I'm walking down the hall towards my kitchen to check my email over fresh brewed coffee I bump into a wall (haven't had the coffee yet). The TF hits the corner of the wall, incurring a small dent in the frame that effectively "pins" the power button to being inoperable. What this means is that I can not turn the TF off. As long as I maintain a charge the TF operates just fine, but what about the day I want to do a reboot, or want to head out on an extended motorcycle trip, etc? Weird, eh? The good news (I hope) is I purchased an after market warranty a few weeks after purchase that included user induced accidental damage. Today my TF left for their accessment facility. I really hope they can fix this unit, but if not they claim they will reimburse me for the original base price and I can rebuild my app's and stuff. One little dent, in just the right spot...just my luck. I miss it already!

That certainly is bad luck.. But you did have the ex coverage so all will be okay in the end.
