Cool Bluetooth: LG phone to TF101

I am trying to get my Transformer to talk with my cell phone. I have a LG Flick, I can get the phone to see the TF101, and I can get the TF101 to see the phone, but I am not getting the internet connection from the phone. Does anyone have a suggestion on how I can get this to work, or if it can work?
I get the message Paired but not connected?

I have not dabbled in tethering as I have a MiFi for internet on the go, but typically you have to enable Bluetooth DUN (Dial Up Networking) of some sort, and to tell the phone to share its 3G connection with the Bluetooth.

I know others who have gotten the bluetooth tethering to work, but have not seen it with this phone.

I have gotten bluetooth to pair on a non rooted TF- but it was with an iphone. Just try the pairing steps. You have to do it in the right order for it to pair. just use your lg phone where it says iphone and see if you can at least pair it.

Remember- where it says xoom- substitute asus TF- this was for the xoom and it works on the asus TF.
    ************************************************** ********************************

    This way works great!
    ************************************************** *
    1. Make sure bluetooth is on (iPhone) via however method General Settings-Bluetooth On/SBSettings
    2. Put Xoom in airplane mode
    3. Go back to iPhone and open MyWi on the phone, go to selection of Bluetooth @ the top (white icon blue symbol), choose Laptop Bluetooth tethering a ways down. Turn it On! Please ignore the OnDemand unless you use for iPad?
    4. Look at the iPhone when you do this your bt icon will disappear then come back, that is when you know MyWi is ready.
    5. Return your attention to your Xoom and cut on BT and select discovery to start the search, it should start the search bring up the name of your iPhone choose it. Then will ask to pair with a code if they match, pair them together.
    6. Paired devices should come up with the wrench, tap the wrench it will engage the tethering.
    7. To turn off reverse the last step then keep going in reverse until the last step is cutting off BT off on the iPhone.

This following way I got to work! On the asus TF

Here are the steps I take to tether unlimited iPhone data from iPhone 4 to xoom, works every time

AGAIN-I an running a 3gs with 4.1 jailbroken- not necessary to upgrade to 4.2

    1. Download iPhone firmware 4.2.1 from iTunes (if you haven't yet)
    2. Jailbreak iPhone using greenpoisen (google it, very simple) Jailbreak using any method
    3. Purchase tetherme app for $0.99 from cydia- there are "free" versions

    Once you have tetherme working

    1. Put xoom into airplane mode (turns off all data access)
    2. Turn ON bluetooth on xoom
    3. Turn ON internet tethering on iPhone, a popup will ask if you want USB only or bluetooth, select bluetooth,
    4. Pair iPhone with xoom (if you haven't already)
    5. Under paired devices on xoom, select iPhone 4 until it says connected (important step)

Oil a! Enjoy your fast unlimited att connection you've already paid for!
