Welcome to the forum

If, by upgrade, you are referring to Android - moving from ICS 4.0.3 with an official update from Asus, then sorry but the device is no longer being updated by Asus. You could follow the threads in the tf101 development section with regards to flashing a custom ROM, however, if you wanted to update to 4.1/4.2/4.3

If you meant hardware, then there have been several models launched since the tf101...
TF201; TF300; TF700 & TF701 all android transformer models
Memo tabs in 7" & 10.1" size
A number of Windows models as well.
