[Solved] Log into OnTheGo Mobile Hotspot

If you are using an Internet "On The Go" Mobile Hotspot would you know the answer to the following question:

When I try to access "Manage my Account" on the "On The Go" website, using my Asus TF101, I get the message: "Forbidden (403) CSRF verification failed. Request aborted/ More info is availabe with Debug=True."

I can, however, access "Manage My Account" using my home computer?

Tried to get the On The Go "chat" but the message there was: "We'll will be back soon."
Not grammatically correct, but i guess they are closed for the weekend.

You may want to try a different browser.

    Thank you.

I am using Google on both the Asus and on my home computer and can't understand why I would be able to access my On The Go account on the home computer and not on the Asus?

Do people usually have more than one browser on their Asus? Wouldn't that just be using up space?

The browser you use on the PC is a different animal than the tablet browsers.

Yes, most of us use more than one browser on our tablets, some work better than others for different things.

How would I get the Firefox for my Asus TF101?
Is it difficult to install, etc.?

Go to the Google Play store and it installs easily there.

I have the On the Go Mobile Hotspot and have no trouble connecting to my TF101. The only problem is the On The Go uses Sprint and their service can be very spotty.

    Good Luck

PS, I misread your post and thought you couldn't get on the internet. Now I have reread it a couple of times, your problem is at the On The Go website. I will try mine there and see what happens and put my findings on here.

I went to Manage My Account using Google Chrome and had no problem accessing it. I was using my home wifi, not sure if that made any difference.

I have no trouble connecting to my OTG Manage My Account via my home computer (using Google) and had no trouble signing in. I only have the problem trying to sign in when using my Asus (also using Google), as mentioned in my original post above.

I need to clarify that I was using my TF101 on my home wifi network, not OTG, awhile ago when I accessed Manage My Account and had no problems.

    I am getting confused.
As I said, I can access my OTG "My Account" when I use my TF101 connected to my home computers network.
I CANNOT access my OTG Manage Account when I use my Asus TF101 while connected to OTG Mobile Hotspot.
    Both using Google.

Can you connect to your OTG Mange Account when using your Asus TF101 while connected via the OTG Mobile Hotspot?
