how to setup my company email account using the built in email client?
Hi Guys,
I need to setup my company email account, currently i have two accounts fully configured (GMAIL & YAHOO MAIL). My question is how can i setup my company email in my transformer. My company email account is working using ms outlook (desktop) using the ff. settings.
incoming server: mail.company.com
outgoing server: mail.company.com
how can i use those settings in my transformer?
thanks!

open email > setting upper right > add account> scroll down to account settings and enter in and out servers. I don't have a company email but that should work.

Company email
it basically depends on how your company has the mail server exposed to the internet.
If they use exchange then select manual setup and exchang, enter the mail.company url and your AD username and passwordYour mailbox, folders and tasks will be syncronized like your office pc.
If your office allows pop you can go to manual and select pop, then add the incoming / outgoing options, though you wont have tasks etc.
Hope this helps
BTW, i use the Exchange setup, but it errors every now and then so i have to keep removing the account and adding it again, i known issue apparently.

I can't figure out how to set up yahoo email on my TF. I tried to do it manually with the IMAP settings - SSL - 993 etc, but it says "cannot connect." Can you guys help me out. For those who have setup yahoo mail successfully on your TF, can you please tell me the exact way you did. I didn't want to create a new post just for this so thought I'd ask here. Thanks.

For my Yahoo, I just used the wizard. Went into Settings -> Accounts and Sync and then hit the + at the top right. Entered my email @yahoo.com, and then password and viola!
