There are a few threads round on how to do it, but just go here: Archived Flash Player versions

Scroll down to the Flash Player for Android 4.0 archives section.

    Download the file.

Then you will need to allow installing from unknown sources (Settings - Security - Unknown Sources) or it may be at (Settings - Apps - Unknown Sources)

    Then run the apk file.

A tf101 user like the OP would have to install Jellybean first to use this app, right?

I don't think so, haven't used it but it just sideloads Flash onto your tablet to the best of my knowledge. I think it will work on ICS as well. It doesn't show as incompatible with my TF101.

What browser are you using? Did you enable plugins/flash? Is it set to request the desktop version of the site?

Try this - Stock Browser - other browsers should have similar settings option:

    settings>Advanced>Enable plug-ins
