Rooted and totally satisified. Used NVFlash, Prime 1.5 and though there is really nothing special about the ROM, it gives me superuser access which I need to run SAMBA Filesharing.

Stock until we get a one click method. Got no problems doing it the long way. Just prefer the easy way.

Happy with stock. Have a rooted Nook Color and had every intention of rooting the TF, but besides sideloading apps and the convenience of Samba I really don't need to go through it for now. I can test drive an app with my NC and if I like it buy for the TF.

I use ES file explorer for smaller file transfers and the cable or moving the SD card for bigger.

Stock is working very well here...and with Android v3.2 imminent soon, and then v4.x Ice Cream Sandwich) in 4Q 2011....nourgency to root at this time. I haven't ruled it out for the future though...
