I have a complete drain overnight with dock connected even if they're fully charged prior, no drain with dock disconnected. This started after upgrading to ICS.
Then dock is basically useless at this point unless its plugged into power at all times...
    Very frustrating.

How about a hard reset with the dock connected?

I get the same thing. Can see the drain as soon as I unplugged my TF.

Something must be on which is draining the dock.

I inadvertently figured out a solution for this issue. It took someone else to point it out for me. That's why I never had this problem in the first place. I always play with settings right after any upgrade.

To solve the bat drain issue, go into settings, developer, check the keep screen on option and then uncheck it. What's been happening is those options have been in an empty state and so it doesn't know what to do.

Please share this solution with everyone you know. Keep posting this solution so people are aware.

Done. Will give the dock a charge and see what happens.
