    Same TF201 problem. SGS ok

I have the same connection problem with Youtube and Google Market after last update to 4.0.3. Other apps works with network just ok. Also I have a SGS-9000 and Youtube and Google Market works fine on same WiFi spot.

Moreover, factory reset didn't help! Nothing changed!

I don't remember you answering the question about trying a connection at a public hotspot or a friend's house. I still feel a part of the explanation is missing somewhere. I'm also assuming that you did NOT sync back the apps after the factory reset.

Of course, I did not sync back youtube & google play. Only third-party apps.

It's the 3rd party apps part that you needed to keep from syncing.
