Bluetooth Tethering with HTC Touch Pro 2

I want to use my HTC Touch Pro2 (WinMob 6.1) as a modem to access the net with my TF. I can pair them, they recognize each other, but when I want to get a link, with the same manager I use for USB-tethering with my notebook but through bluetooth mode, I get some error indicating that the TF only supports some net access point mode.

Anyone know how to make it work?

Not all phones have the ability to bluetooth tether. If yours works you should be able to click the wrench next to the phone in "Paired Devices" and then under "Profiles" click "Internet Access".

Hy AFH. I`ve got the TP2 also with 6.5. Only able to tether via xdandroid on a microsd card on the phone. Check out[BUILD] **Complete Froyo Bundle!!** FRX06 - "Stable" - Minor Fixes - xda-developers. Works great. Hope this helps.

    On the phone:

Start the Internet Connection Sharing app (in Programs).

Then connect (after selecting appropriate network and computer connection setup). Pay attention to the bluetooth warning about being visible the first time.

    Wait until it's connected.

    Then on the TF:

Click on the wrench/use for internet access.

Let us know if it worked.

Doesn't work, the phone tells me that the TF only supports the NAP modus.

The wrench does not give me any internet option.
