Phone Internet Sharing with jaikuspot ad-hoc network connection problem ...
Hi, i have just bought an asus and i'm stranger for androids..
I have a N95 8gb and i use joikuspot wi-fi sharing but android system cannot connect to the ad-hoc networks. How can i connect to the this network or how can i share my 3g internet on N95 with Asus eee pad ...

I'm in your same condition...same TF, same Mobile phone...
...from what i've discovered in this month, i can only say that isn't possible to share that connection.
Symbian is unable to create Infrastructure WiFi Network...
Android is unable to find Ad-Hoc WiFi networks...
...so no way through WiFi.
I've been unable to find a way to share 3G connection through the Bluetooth.
I'm waiting for the docking station to see if is possible to do something thorugh USB...or at least connect a USB UMTS Modem and use it on the TF...
If i find a way i'll write it down here...hope someone else will do the same!

thanks for your interest .. we wait to android developers improve the system settings , i find something from net but it change the system files my TF too new to try it may be a few weeks later ... I also have an dock station i will try this but i don't think so....

unfortunately i come with no good news...
my phone is the E72-2 along with Joikuspot...
here's what i've already tried:
* wifi doesnt get picked up by the TF due to adhoc vs infrastructure incompatibility
* plugging the nokia to the TF via USB cable also didnt work. phone was never detected
* USB dongle (Huawei) wasnt detected too...
* using the docking station offers no solution at all.
the only possible way from what ive read here so far is to "root" the device (edit system files). i will try it once i understand it better.
the guys at Google should fix this asap IMO!

After reading some posts... I was able to share net via bluetooth on Nokia C2-01 and 6300 but not E52.

i happy for u ...
can you tell us what app you use on the phone and also can you share that with us ..

No special apps. Just enable Bluetooth on phone and TF. Pair them and then on TF clik connect. That's it.
You can see pictures from it here http://www.transformerforums.com/for...-easily-4.html

i had to root my tf to tether with my n900. Its working prett well for me. There areguides out there, they are pretty simple to follow with a little kniw how. Just search enable adhoc tetherfor transformer. again you will have to root.
