Any way to see the full Gmail site?

    Hello, everyone!

I'm brand new to Android and the Transformer... Well, I guess everyone's pretty new to the TF. I really like this thing, but I'm also compiling a list of issues I find with it to see if there are fixes or whatever. But for right now, I was windering, is there any way to force the browser to see the full Gmail site? I need to change filters and stuff all the time, and the mobile version is lacking several of these items that I need to access.

Thanks for the help in advance!

Change your browser's "user agent" so it tells the server it's a desktop browser. Settings -> Advanced -> User agent string.

I believe there is also a link that says "Full site" somewhere. I may be confusing that with my bill pay sites though...can someone verify? I'm on duty and don't have my tablet.

Unfortunately, there is no full site link. Unless I'm completely blind. Haha!

Update to Firefox Beta, go to settings and check the box "Request Desktop Site."

I agree the mobile version is basically useless. In fact *all* mobile versions are useless, they block you from zooming, for example.

Fortunately you can fix this in the standard browser, no need to go to firefox or dolphin for this.
    1) Go to the menu (the three vertical dots)
    2) Select 'Settings' (I'm guessing about the English term, it's different in my locale, but it's the last one at the bottom on mine anyway)
    3) Select 'Advanced'
    4) Scroll down a bit until you find one called "Always ask for /request/specify/select/choose (whatever it's in English) 'static' or 'stationary' or something", page. Here I'm really unsure what it's in English, but it's near the bottom, on mine it's between 'Fast scroll' and 'Reset to last <whatever>'

I had trouble finding that initially because the wording is nothing like the 'request desktop version' option on the first page of Settings.

Now it'll always ask for the desktop version of every page, including gmail which works as it should.
