I have or had the same problem. Lines and stuff on the bottom of the screen. I uninstalled Netflix. I got the message that I could uninstall the updates to the core application. So, I did, which left netflix, but removed the updates. Then updated. I tested for about a minute watching something on netflix and did not see the lines. However, a minute might not be a long enough test.

Nice one, thanks (can't get to their site from work).

I've had the same problems with increasing frequency.
Before I uninstall and reinstall, can anyone tell me if I should be looking for something other than version 1.6.0 build 443, which is what I see now?
It updates automatically, so don't know if anything has happened recently.

That's why I still use an older version. The last two updates has too much problems.

I have seen the same issue. HOWEVER, I have seen a pattern. If nothing else in the house is using my broadband, then the problem doesn't happen. If I then turn on my computer and start doing something that uses a lot of bandwidth on the broadband, then the issue with the line happens straight away. I have never seen the issue when the broadband is being used lightly.
Here is a picture of the screen when the problem is happening...

Wow, so it looks like my fears have been confirmed. I thought that maybe it was my Eeepad but looks like it might be a Netflix/android thing. That's the only thing I use my Eeepad for my kids is Netflix and games. And most of the "free" games have inappropriate pop-up ads that I don't want to have to explain to my 6yr old. Oh well, looks like I'll be paying for some games now!
I still have not found a recent Netflix update like Jeffery said there was. I also tried uninstall/reinstall with no success.
I may try exchanging this thing with best buy just in case. Went there yesterday and played around with their display eepad and watched Netflix for about 5 minutes with no issues. Go figure.

Yes, yes, yes!! That's exaclty what mine is doing! I might be crazy but I believe I see it happen more with CARTOONS than with actual movies. Great screen shot!

I`ve been having the exact same problem, it goes away if I pause and then hit play again but it`s still intermittent. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but it still continues happening. I find the whole thing to be glitchy and laggy at times, with sub titles skewed off to the side and partially off the screen. It`s got to be issues with the app itself, because Netflix works flawlessly on my iPad, but I guess it`s buggy with Honeycomb. Hopefully they`ll issue an update to deal with it because I do have the latest version available already.
